ses code for 2013 ram pick up oil code p0520

this code keeps coming back .oil pressure out of range. have replaced sensor check wire harness all good. good do I have to have pcm up dated .

    I would certainly check for a TSB for your particular vehicle. The P0520 code is generic to all vehicles. A PCM issue is possible, though less likely than a wiring problem.
