I negotiated the following deal, and would love feedback from the moderators...
I'm especially interested in if there are any rebates or discounts I might be missing.

Location: San Diego, 92116
Model: 2018 xDrive30i
MSRP: $52,795
Dealer Discount: $5,543 (10.5%)
Incentives: $1,500 Loyalty + $500 BMW cash
Net Sale Price: $45,252 (14.3% below MSRP)

I am planning to finance through BMW FS so I am eligible for the $1,500 Loyalty cash, although their rate is high at 4.15% up to 60 months. I will see if it makes sense to refi elsewhere in a few months.

1) Does this look like a solid deal? I feel like 10.5% from the dealer is pretty good.

2) I thought I saw $1,500 Loyalty AND $1,500 APR credit advertised for purchases by 09/03/2018. Are these incentives one and the same, or should I be getting $3,500 in incentives instead of $2,000?

Hopefully this info is helpful for other people out there looking to finance instead of lease!

Thanks!

    1) The discount looks good.
    2) Yes, you should be eligible for a total of $3500.

Base rate for finance is 2.25% APR up to 60 months, and 2.9% APR for 61-72 month term.

Where are you getting the APR from? Is that shown anywhere on the BMW website? I have talked to multiple dealers and they are all saying 4.15% up to 60 months, and 4.85% 61-72 months. I have seen the 4.15% and 4.85% rates on dealer websites as well. The rates you are showing are significantly better... if you have any kind of backup I'll send it over to the dealer as proof. That would be incredibly helpful.

Upon checking, looks like the 2.25% APR is for the Texas market. It doesn't look like we have any APR info for other areas, at this time.

Sorry about that, I thought it was national.
I don't have any specific rate info for your area.
