What are reasonable numbers for a Kia Forte 2019 lease deal?

Hello,

I'm looking to lease a Kia Forte 2018 and I'm trying to figure out what are reasonable MSRP, Residual Value %, and Money Factor.

We live very far to the dealer's location and don't yet have a car so I'm trying to gather as much info before commuting all the way there. (Don't want to go there and be given a bad deal.)

Your title is 2019, but your message is 2018. Which model year is it?
What trim, term and mileage?

Ah, my title is wrong but I can’t find how to correct it.

What I’m looking for is a 2018 Kia Forte, either LX or S, with a term of 36 months and 10,000 miles per year.
