I am considering a lease deal for a Kia Forte 2018 LX automatic with the following numbers, and would like input from others as to whether or not it's a good one.

• MSRP: $18,920
  
• Fees: $1,119
  
• Term: 36 months
  
• MF: 0.00224
  
• Down-payment: 0 or 1491 (considering 0)
  
• RV: 47%
  

Online (on Kia and Edmunds) I see an MSRP of $17,900, which is lower than the $18,920 included in the deal described above.

Start at the start... Until you know the actual MSRP, you can't calculate a lease payment, or know what equipment is actually on the vehicle.

Have you seen the actual official window sticker?
