Can anyone help me best analyze the best lease rate for a 2018 elantra se, 10K or 12K annual miles, 36 months, for zip code 66606?

Dealer quotes 19,515 msrp, then applies discounts to final lease basis price of 14,200. Assuming best credit.

What is idea of best price in this scenario?

    .00220 MF and 46% residual
    $4300 lease cash

    $196/mo.+tax, assuming all other fees and charges are paid upfront.
