Leasing vs Buying recently used luxury SUV

Hi Folks,
I'm new here and need some advice. I'm debating whether to lease a brand new luxury SUV (like Lexus RX 350 or Acura MDX or any other SUV in that category) or buy a 2-3 year old luxury SUV. I intend to drive for 3 years and then probably change again. Main goal is to keep the operational cost down but at the same time have a comfortable ride. My commute is not too bad (about 10 miles each way) and I don't go on long drives that often. Appreciate any recommendations. Thanks.

If your turn around time is three years, then leasing is probably cheaper, providing you pick a model with a good lease program
