Looking at a lease and would love your thoughts on the deal.

2018 1500 Ram Big Horn MSRP $49,375

36 months 12,000 Miles
$375 payment with tax
Residual $23,700
Drive off fees are $1500 (equity with my trade), $179 Doc fee and first payment.
Thoughts?
