Trying to buy a 2019 XC90. Excellent credit. Dealer is saying they can do 3.99% for 60 months with a financed amount of $40k. Is that a decent rate?

I don't show Volvo offering any special rates for the 2019 model.
3.99% APR seems fair, but you should check with your local bank or credit union, to see if they can do better. If so, the dealer may match their rate.
