2018 Tiguan SEL / Passat SE

Looking at leases for VW Tiguan SEL, as well as VW Passat SE. Hoping to get RV%, and MF for both cars for Miami, FL. Also, I understand that there is dealer incentive of over $4K for this month (September). Wondering if those are applicable to lease deals as well to reduce MSRP, or strictly for purchase.

Passat SE: .00001 MF and 50% residual. $3150 dealer lease incentive


$1750 or $4500 incentive on Tiguan/Passat, but that isn't compatible with the lease program, or the cheap finance rates. Those are for cash deals or third party financing only.
