Hi, I am looking to lease a loaner (3k mile)2018 XC 60, and I am getting quoted:

Residual .57
for a 36/10k lease
MSRP of $51,315
Sales price of $44,900

Does that MF look high to you for someone with great credit? Isn't the residual a little on the low side?
