i am not well versed in the car leasing game. trying to see if i am getting a fair "deal" on 2018 toyota sequoia lease rate....its a TRD sport

Is it 20K/yr mileage, or 20K total mileage?
What is the total amount Due at Signing?

What is your location?

sorry. 20k miles (lots of kids); NY area; 36months....at signing just fees and taxes of 8,600 which was put into lease

How much is Due from you at lease signing?

With 20K/yr, the residual of about 54.5% seems appropriate.

Need an adjusted CAP cost of about $57,500 to get that payment.
$2500 is about right for sales tax and fees.

Seems like a reasonable deal, considering the high mileage allowance.
