Return my lease early

My current lease is end on Dec. 29, 2018
I have scheduled an inspection this month, and I am wondering can I return my lease early? Will there be a penalty?
I am not getting another BMW, so the pull ahead program may not work for me.

If I return my lease early like 90 days, is it possible to return without penalty, but only pay the disposition fee?

Please advise.

You can't return it early, without making the payments.

I am just wondering if that possible.
So.. it seems impossible to return early without penalty..

In addition, if I pay the rest of my monthly payments (in my case would be 3 month) plus the disposition fee, will the dealership usually accept this?

It's not up to the dealership, it's up to the leasing bank.

It's possible that they would take it early, without penalty, if you make the rest of the payments. But, they don't have to. They could invoke the early termination penalties in your contract. The only way to know for sure is to call BMWFS and talk to a supervisor.

Not getting another BMW is not going to help your case.
