If I add up your charges, then deduct $4400 from that (what's left over from $5000, after making the first payment), the adjusted CAP would be $43,650 approx.

Using my residual and money factor, that gives me $542/mo.
That looks like a big bump to the money factor, or other charges not listed. Maybe, they've added AudiCare?
Anytime you put a big number upfront like $5000, there is room to hide a lot of stuff.

Ask them for the money factor used.... and, ask them if they included AudiCare, because you think their residual is wrong for 36/10.

.00188 MF on the single payment lease?
They've jacked up the money factor, before giving you the discount for single-pay.

The base MF with single payment is .00105.

That alone adds about $2100 to the single payment amount.
