2019 Acura TLX 2.4L V4 Tech package - How much can I expect to pay for this vehicle?

Greetings,
I see only lease prices in the discussion forums. I want to purchase a 2019 Acura TLX 2.4L V4 Tech package.
I am being offered $33,000 + tax + reg = $37600. is this a good deal? This is in the bay area in northern CA.
