I'm wondering if BMW has different RV/MF calculations or additional discounts for a dealer demo with ~500 miles. The vehicle I'm looking at is a:

2018 440i xDrive Gran Coupe Sedan
10k miles / 36 mos. lease
487 miles currently
zip code: 55446

Do the numbers change since this is a dealer demo? I know they're offering financing rates of 0.99% for purchase, but curious what changes with a lease.
