F Pace or E Pace

Sorry if I already posted this, I'm relatively new to this forum. I'm looking for a E or F pace. I understand they are different. But if I could get into an F pace for only a few thousand more that would be a great value and push me to the nicer car.

I guess my question is; which trim level of these cars is the most lease friendly. I've been writing down all the MF and residuals for both cars but now I'm just confusing myself, lol

Is it realistic to get an F pace lease with no cap reduction in the mid 4 hundreds?

And the E Pace in the mid 3's?

Even if we know the money factor and residuals, the discounts from MSRP and incentives play a large part in what gives you the best payment.

The two models seem to have similar lease programs/incentives on the 2018 models. But, I don't know the prices or level of discount.
