Able to combine GM "conquest" cash w/ current $3K Volt lease incentive?

I live in N. CA, 95120. My BMW lease ends in a few weeks and I may lease a 2018 Bolt. In addition to the $3K cash you have mentioned, does GM combine any type of competitive "conquest" $ w/ this?

As between the 2 Bolt trim levels, are you seeing a larger % discount off Monroney for the higher level?
