No idea.. I'd start with your local bank. You'll pay a lot higher rate for 7 year financing vs. 5 year.

If I lease instead of buying...as I’m not sure if I really want a wrangler long term, will I be in a good position to trade for another vehicle?

If you take the lease to the end of term, you won't have to trade it. Just turn it in.

Wrangler residuals are very high. I'd be tempted to lease it, as well. But, if your intention is to trade out before lease end, that could backfire.
