Do we need to pay taxes on cap cost reductions? Either a down payment or an incentive. I believe the answer is yes and I usually add that tax to the net cap cost. I live in Florida.


When calculating the sales tax, is it calculated against the depriciation fee only or depriciation fee and finance fee?
