yes, it includes Tax as well. Sale price quoted $33980 and door out price $36544.

No, I was told that 0% TFS cannot be combined with any other rebate /offer.

Yeah.. I didn't think so.
$2500 if you take the standard rate, or bring your own financing.

Looks like a really good deal, even with the $2500 incentive

Most probably, will refinance from some credit unions offering around 1.9%
