How to select a glass shop for windshield replacement

My 2013 Toyota Highlander has a hairline crack about 5 inches running to the bottom edge on the front passenger side. I'm shopping around for glass shops to do a glass replacement. The dealer 3rd party shop is charging $285. I found another shop with good Yelp ratings and they're charging $185 (UV protection).

How can I tell if the glass shop is using good glass and what do I look for in quality installment?
