2019 QX50 - Residual Value 15k miles

I currently have a 2015 Q50 but my lease is almost up. i want the QX50 - Pure package. Would need 15k miles/year and a 39 mo lease. What residual value have people been seeing? I got a quote but want to make sure I'm not being ripped off.

    In Illinois?

    .00111 MF and 57% residual

    The residual is the one thing that the dealer cannot alter.
