my Honda CRV stall in the morning or after the engine is switch off for over 1 hour. plz help me.

My Honda CRV 2003 stall in d morning after starting and after I might have ref the engine continuously after like 10 minutes it will now walk normally and it consumes more fuel plz I need help have been battling this for over 6 months now.

Has anyone hooked up a code reader to see if trouble codes are stored?
Begin by replacing the spark plugs, fuel and air filters. Then evaluate if you see any improvement.
