2019 Subaru Legacy lease

Anyone getting a quote for the 2019 Legacy 2.1 Premium , with blind spot detection? I am getting a quote for $340 for 36 months, zero down payment. I was told that higher relative cost compared to 3 years ago is drop in resale percentage from 66% to 55% for 2019. Make sense?
