I have an 01 b400 auto wont go unless it's in 2nd then at 5 to 10 mph I can shift I to drive when I stop I have to go back into 2nd to go again any ideas
Sounds like some kind of internal pressure loss. Have you carefully checked the fluid level in the transmission? When was the last time this transmission was serviced with new oil and filter?
Could also be something to do with air or fuel flow. Could fuel filter be clogged? Last time changed was when? About exhaust, could you have a crushed tailpipe? if y9u're a city slicker (like I was) that was a common road hazard with all the damn potholes. No air out means car can't go. Of course there's lots of other causes ut that's couple some folks forget about.
