RX 350 - HVAC fan issues

Lexus Rx350 2012 - When blower is running on high whether manual setting of fan on high or when on Auto function for heat and cooling there is a loud humming noise with vibration. Removed cabin air filter to examine fan and no blades found broken and it turns freely. No debris found either. No play found in fan when rotating it. As the fan slows when on Auto or manual set of fan to lower speed noise stops. Any ideas?

Sounds like some kind of resonance with surrounding shrouds or brackets. You might try to just tighten everything up you can see or insert foam or cardboard to brace or fill certain gaps.
