Transmission shift issues

Transmission "itermediately" won't shift from 3rd to OD. About 70MPH RPM 4K

Any input is appreaciated

    With situations like this, it always helps to check a) your transmission fluid level and b) the last time you had a transmission service.

    Also hook up a professional scan tool that can access codes from the TCM module. That might also give a hint if the issue is electrical, such as gear ratio, speed sensor, solenoid defect, TCM, and also may relate to transmission temperature.

    Only have problem first gear hesitate s but not all time  have had a wheel sensor installed didnt help but hesitates fine all other gears really dont thnk its fully transmission

    Maybe an elec rated issue. Are you getting a check engine light?
