I'm considering leasing a new Q5 and was wondering whether anyone has recently leased in the DC/Maryland/VA area. If so, what percentage off the MSRP were you able to get (before incentives)?

We recommend you start at 6% off MSRP, but you may be able to get more, as it is the end of the model year.
