Why is my 2006 Volkswagen Passat having problems starting only after I get gas?

I was recently having epc light Brought it to the dealership ended up being a bad fuse panel. I have already done a tune up coil packs and spark plugs. But now it’s only giving me problems starting when I get gas.

    I would test the EVAP system for leaks or a sticking valve or solenoid.

    I saw a lot of people talking about a purge valve in other forums.Could that be one of the valves your talking about?
