Is there a seal inside the tail casing? I know there is a gasket between the transmission & the Tail housing. Tail housing was lose and I tightened it was leaking a lot.

You mean where the driveshaft/u-joint yoke goes in? Sure, there's a seal there, and it's generally easy to pop out and replace------PRESUMING there isn't excessive wear or wobble in the yoke itself.
