Looking for 2018 Wrx Sti base lease rates for zip 33464 (12k/36mo)

Trying to get the best lease deal possible. I've seen people leasing 2018 base wrx sti's for under 400/month and 2019 limited wrx sti's for mid 4's with 0-1000 op. Can someone give me an idea whats a good price point?
