How much room to negotiate a lease quote?

I received a lease quote from a dealer for a 2019 MDX SH-AWD Tech Package in 11758 for $449 for 36 months / $2,600 for tax, title, 1st month. I see responses to questions in the form a MF, Residual Value, incentives. I was wondering if someone can tell me what counter offer would be reasonable? This will be my first time leasing - Thank you.
