Hello everyone. I am planning on leasing a 2018 white Mazda CX-5 AWD touring edition (no premium package) and I need help to determine if I got a good offer. I plan on getting a 36/12k lease with 56% residual and zip code is 07470. MSRP: $27,515 + destination fee $995 +$200 paint premium is roughly $28,700. I originally was offered 345 a month with 0 down but it seems like a fair price should be closer to 325/330?

What is the amount due at signing?
Sale price and/or adjusted CAP cost?

0 dollars down at signing, just need to pay first month. Also I don't have an exact figure but sales prices will be around 25-26k.

Is it 0 dollars due at signing?
    Or, $345 due at signing?

    It can't be both.

0 dollars down, sorry about confusion. Just not sure what range I should be targeting.

$1080 lease cash in your area.

Adjusted CAP cost would have to be around $28,500 with everything rolled in to get to $345/mo.
Ask for the specifics on exact MSRP and sale price, along with adjusted CAP.
Without those specifics, can't tell you what price to target.
