turn light signals stopped working while driving , stopped tried hazard lights ,they worked . All other lights work as normal . [head/brake etc.] 2004 JEEP LIBERTY

Check your fuses before you do anything else.

You might need a wiring diagram to decide if the turn signals are operating off a different relay than the hazard lights.

another suspect is, of course, the stalk switch for the signals.
