Is this a good deal on an Audi Q5 lease?

Hello! I currently lease a 2016 Audi A3. My lease is up in June 2019, and I only have about 3,000 miles left until I start going over my 42,000 mile allowance (and paying $0.25 per mile that I'm over). I am trying to get into a 2018 Q5, but "someone" has to cover the remaining $3,681 in lease payments on my A3. So they want to roll those payments into a new lease, which is outlined as follows:

2018 Audi Q5 Premium Plus
MSRP: $51,850
DEALER CONTRIBUTION: $6,849.05
SELLING PRICE: $45,000.95
FEES (title, license, doc fees): $396.94
SALES TAX: $4,318.95
REBATE: $3250
REMAINING PAYMENTS ON CURRENT LEASE: $3681
NET SALES PRICE: $50,147.84

MF - .001887
RF - 46% at 48 months

$2000 AT SIGNING
48 MONTHS
$659/MO INCL AUDI CARE
INCLUDES 15K MILES/YEAR

I live in Chicago also FYI. This seems pretty high to me, but I do still owe so much on my current car. Any advice?? I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks!

It would probably be cheaper to just take your A3 until the end of term, if you aren't really getting out of the payments, anyway. Even with the mileage penalty.

You are just throwing away $3681, otherwise.

Thank you! The dealership keeps telling me the season of Audi deals will be over, the car will go up in price and I'm going to pay this price whether I lease now or in June so I should do it now. Do you find this to be true? Or are there usually summer incentives?

Not likely to be any 2018 models for lease in June. Salespeople will say anything to get you to buy, today.
Your lease is not up, and they are doing you no favors.
