2000 Montero Sport

I have a 2000 Montero Sport, was having to jump start it every day so I replaced the battery and now it will not turn over, it will act like its going to but doesn't. the lights come on inside and outside but it won't crank over. the fuel pump is good and alternator too. the one thing we did notice is that one of the coils is getting hot when trying to start it. any suggestions??

So does it crank at all? What happens when you try to jump start it now?
