2009 Ford Focus - Electrical issues

Engine quits running when headlights are turned on. Will restart with lights turned off. No codes. Intermittent issue. Any ideas on where to start diagnosing?

    Battery load test, once the battery is fully charged, and then a test of the charging system when the car is running.
