Hi there, What are the MF, RV, and lease incentives in 22191 (ending today) on the 2019 JGC Limited 4x4? Is 36/10 better than 39/10 right now? Any advice on this deal? MSRP with Luxury II package is $45935, selling price $40,935, doc fee $799, acq fee $595, roughly $75 in title/registration fees, and $1718.55 in VA taxes (4.19% on total price). Also being quoted non-itemized “cap fees” of $1533 (what are these?), which are included in the total gross cap of $43862. Dealer offering $2000 rebate/cap cost reduction, but net cap is totaling $43580.55? 36/10, RV .51 and MF .00010. No sec deposit, $0 down, 1st month due at signing = $566.53/mo. I’m not clear on the “cap fees” and do not understand how gross and net cap costs are so close when a $2000 rebate is offered as cap cost reduction. Thanks so much for your help!

I'd guess your CAP fees are the total of the other fees. That line is to show they are being added to the CAP cost.
But, given the rest of the numbers, maybe the $1533 is something else.
I agree... that your NET CAP does not seem to be correct, given the numbers you've provided.
Is it possible the selling price already accounts for the $2000 rebate?

It's one of two things. $1533 is something extra (bad), or they've mistakenly added the fees twice (also bad).

Using the NET cap provided, the payment is correct.
