Clunking noise

I recently had both front wheel bearings replaced on my 2013 Mazda CX9 Grand Touring SUV. Now, just about every time I turn the steering wheel or go over a bump, there is a clunking sound under the front end. It almost sounds like something is stuck and then just clunks loose..
