Internet Sales Departments

We've been leasing two Honda's every three years for the past 30 years. This year its become odd. Usually, I email some local dealers' internet sales department, providing info on the expiring leases and the two autos for the next lease. I ask for the capitalization, money factor, incentives, etc. Usually I'll get information back. Now, at a couple of my local dealers' internet sales department, I was told that there was no email address for this; i.e. their internet sales department has no email address. Rather, they have a "contact" page and they would "call" me. So, I tried emailing the internet sales department manager at a few local dealers, using their published email address. Got no reply. Now, I know that the dealers know that I'm looking to see who has the best deal; but, to just ignore the inquiry is really odd to me.

Does anyone have any idea what is going on here?

Yeah.. those dealers don't have any interest in providing info by e-mail. They've likely found that their average profit margin and labor time is better spent on old school car sales.

I'd ignore those dealers, just like they ignore you.
