1. "Tech Premium Plus" with base MSRP of $44,100 with Premium Plus option costs extra $2700, total $46,800.
2. "Premium Plus" with base price MSRP of $41,500 with Premium Plus option costs extra $4000, total $45,500.

What does the "Tech" one have that the regular don't for that extra $1300?
