Navigation problems

My navigation system all of a sudden only shows a blue screen and an orange arrow, identified as my truck. When I try to view the map or request navigation instruction, I'm getting a message say "will provide guidance once I'm on an identified road. It also says I'm currently 114 from a known road. But I on an identifiable road, this also happens when I'm at home. I just get a blue screen. What can be the problem?

Check your owner's manual for a "self-test" or onboard diagnostics. I believe your Navigator can do this through the HVAC system. This might reveal something. Also see if the manual offers a way to re-boot the NAV.

We have a 2010 Buick Enclave that is having issues with the navigation the Bluetooth and the radio when you connect a phone through the Bluetooth after you make a phone call and hang up the radio stops working with no sound the whole screen freezes up the radio won't shut off even with the key turned off the navigation system hasn't worked since we bought it it just keeps saying map disc read error we went back to the dealership we bought it from and they told us that they can't replace it because it's too expensive to replace we bought it as a certified used vehicle and its having all these issues and the dealership refuses to fix them

Well I certainly wouldn't replace it with another brand new, but 9 year old NAV system. You might want to consider if there's a new aftermarket unit that would retain most or all of the features you have now.
