I have received a lease deal from a local Lexus dealer in Dallas. Can you pls let me know if this is a good deal? I am planning to lease a GX 460 this weekend.

39/10 instead of 36/10? That might be where they found the $20/mo.

The payment looks about right. The discount looks good, too.
Not the cheapest vehicle to lease, and TX taxes don't help, but it's not a bad deal.
