What is the best price for Civic EX 2019?

It is nearly the end of 2018, and I got a quote the quote as following:

2019 Honda Civic EX Sedan

MRSP: $24,295 (Including Sensing; power Driver's seat and front seat heating; Destination Fee)
Offered Price: $22,133 (Including Destination Fee)
OTD: $24,363 (Included taxes and DOC registration Fee)

I wonder do we more room to get the price down? 2019 models are very new as I don't see many quotes listed online at this moment. I am planning to pay in full with no financing.
