    Im using a car lease calculator and my local dealers are offering way above what I am coming up with if there something I may be doing wrong?
    would my down payment come off from my negotiated sales or does it come off after the MF & RV are put into the deal?

    If you share the prices with us, we can do some calculations.

    Down payment would come off the CAP cost, after taxes and fees are added in.

    they’re quoting me 389-399 p/month I’m trying to swing somewhere around 300-330 per month

    You aren't going to see $300-330/mo on the SEL.

    Might want to adjust your budget to something more affordable.
