Your biggest issues will be clearance height (width is ok), with 1" more. You might ground out on bumps? Then you'll have speedometer error of 2-3 mph.
If you have AWD, you'll have to run 15"s all the way around. If you have RWD, are you planning to run 14" in front and 15" in back?
What car do the 15s come off of?
I would say the only sure way to approach this is to fit the tires and see what happens.
Seems to me it's a lot less trouble to just buy a set of 2 new 14"s.
