best time to lease

Currently on a 16 RDX with lease end in June. Trying to find the best time to lease in terms of deals incentives etc. I know that fiscal year for acura ends in March. So I figured out three time frames for potentially the best deals:
March (fiscal year end) September (model year changes; would try to get an 18 model) December (year end)
Anyone with experience or someone that works for acura can verify? Which month is the best month for deals? I wouldnt mind extending my lease month to month to find best deal

No one knows what will happen.

But, getting out of your lease early usually entails extra costs that would eat up any slight advantage you'd get from picking a certain time of year.
