BMW Lease

Hi -

Looking to lease a Certified 2017 BMW 320 i xDrive, 26,888.

They're telling me 0.00410 MF (horrible) because it's used and my credit and won't give me a solid answer on residual. They said top tier MF is 0.00300

I have sub prime credit, low 600's, but proof of income over 125K in 2018 and 88K in 2017.

We don't have any information on the BMW CPO lease program.

Can you use that income to help raise the credit score?
