Looking for a used car broker in Maryland that folks could recommend. Looking for a good used car, but don't have the time to negotiate with multiple private buyers and dealerships. Any good advice?

Yes, you'll still have to do the negotiating, but you should be able to come away with a decent car that's in your budget.
