Is it possible to negotiate residential value at lease end?

I have a 2016 Rav4 that the lease is up this month. Is it possible to negotiate residential value to buy out the lease?

    Most large captive banks (like TFS) won't negotiate residuals. If it's worth less, they'd rather sell it to one of their dealers, than give you a deal.

    If they started doing this it would create e nightmare for them so NO, they won't do this!

    Talk about a can of worms!
